Oftmals kommen sie mit für sie unklaren Bescheiden in Kontakt, sind unzufrieden oder finden sich im "Behördendschungel" nicht oder nur unzureichend zurecht. Aus diesem Grund haben einige Städte und Gemeinden eine Bürgerberatung eingerichtet, an die sich Hilfe suchende Bürgerinnen und Bürger wenden können.

    Das Bürgerbüro der Landesregierung ist eine Einrichtung für alle Bürgerinnen und Bürger in Rheinland-Pfalz.
