Rauchverbot in Gaststätten in Rheinland-Pfalz

  • Leistungsbeschreibung

    Zweck des Gesetzes ist der Schutz der Bevölkerung von Belastungen sowie gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen durch Tabakrauch (Passivrauchbelastung)

    In der Gastronomie in Rheinland-Pfalz besteht seit dem 15.02.2008 Rauchverbot

    Ausnahmen:

    • in abgetrennten Nebenräumen, wenn die Grundfläche und die Anzahl der Sitzplätze in den Nebenräumen mit  Raucherlaubnis nicht größer sind als in den übrigen rauchfreien Gasträumen
    • in Ein-Raum-Gaststätten unter 75 m², wenn in der Gaststätte keine oder nur einfach zubereitete Speisen zum Verzehr an Ort und Stelle als untergeordnete Nebenleistung verabreicht werden
    • in Festzelten bei einer Standzeit bis zu 21 Tagen

    •           Museen
    •           Heime der Altenhilfe
    •           Pflegeheime
    •           Krankenhäuser, Vorsorge- und
                Rehabilitationseinrichtungen
    •           Schulen
    •           Sportstätten
    •           Universitäten und Fachhochschulen
    •           Einrichtungen der Erwachsenenbildung
    •           Einrichtungen der Jugendhilfe
