    Der Familien- und Sozialpass gewährt seinen Inhabern besondere Vergünstigungen in kommunalen Einrichtungen und bei kommunalen Veranstaltungen. Ebenso ist es vorgesehen, dass Vereine und Institutionen, die Veranstaltungen durchführen, Ermäßigungen auf Grund des Familien- und Sozialpasses gewähren. Vereine und Institutionen die eine Ermäßigung gewähren, machen dies durch einen entsprechenden Hinweis erkennbar. Eine Verpflichtung dieser Einrichtungen eine Ermäßigung zu gewähren besteht allerdings nicht.
