    Der / die Bürger/in kann die PIN zur Nutzung des elektronischen Identitätsnachweises neu setzen:

    • beliebig oft zu Hause
    • wenn PIN vergessen oder durch 3-malige Falscheingabe blockiert, dann in der Personalausweisbehörde

  • Voraussetzungen

    • Deutsche(r) im Sinne des Art. 116 Abs. 1 Grundgesetz (GG)
    • Gemeldet in der Kommune mit Hauptwohnsitz

  • Welche Unterlagen werden benötigt?

    Personalausweis

  • Welche Gebühren fallen an?

    • gebührenfrei: eigenständige PIN-Änderung zu Hause
    • 6,00 Euro für Ändern der PIN in der Personalausweisbehörde
